Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
